Here is the model from chrisb without the middle hole and with 6 symmetry lines as in OP sketch

But the sketches support is kind of out of scope so it may be better to use the Part WB revolve instead. Here it is:

You should not apply Part booleans to PartDesign features.
I didn't do that
In your Model you applied the Cut to the feature Pocket.

Bump @Jolbas @chrisb.

How to keep sketch/circular array elements oriented along radial lines instead of tangent circles? Please advise, thanks.

I'm not sure what you mean. If all holes should follow radian lines then it's not possible to have the number of holes as in your first sketch. Can you make a new hand sketch showing the desired pattern.

In the image attached you will see that the array elements are oriented tangentially. I would attach the file of what I want but you and chrisb already did it..and I don't know how you did. That's what I'm asking. How did you get the array elements oriented radially (like in the last one you uploaded).

Try set the FilletBodyHoleSketch Parameter AttachmentOffset->Angle to 90°

Suppose you drew the initial sketch rotated counter clockwise by 90 degrees. Wouldn’t you then call the arrangement radial? In other words the array operation is identical. @physmage

Thanks @Jolbas, that worked!

@edwilliams16 Yeah, those two scenarios are equivalent. I thought there was a parameter in the task pane that I was somehow missing, but just rotating the object in the sketch certainly does the same job.

Thanks again all!
