Made part in PartDesign workbench. Last step was to add fillets with the PartDesign fillet tool by selecting edges. Fillets show okay in the part:
But are missing in the assembly (using A2Plus workbench):
Any ideas?
Thanks,
David

flawless in the 2nd sketch, it works better,
but everything in a single sketch is even more

I disagree with you.
94 constraints is too much.
41 lines also.

Re: fillets on a part missing in assembly
Sketch(000) is created first and is used for every other sketches and last 2 features.
Just slots and circles.
Everything simple : KISS !

Re: fillets on a part missing in assembly
I'm trying to understand why it would generate and display the fillets correctly in the part, but not in the assembly. What is different between the two? If there was a problem with a sketch of some earlier feature, shouldn't the feature tree fail at that point and not even generate the fillets?
As a test, I made a simple L-shaped piece with an inside fillet and brought that into the assembly and it looks fine:

Is there a problem in your construction tree ? https://wiki.freecadweb.org/Tree_view/en#Overlay_icons
Re: fillets on a part missing in assembly
Yes, it had the white exclamation mark on red background on the tabs sketch. I don't know how that sketch became messed-up, but that seems to have been the culprit. That Wiki page had an interesting note for that icon:
"Note: All other objects depending on an object in such an error state will not be properly recomputed, thus they may still show some old state."
I am used to such errors causing a model to revert to a state where that feature and any features depending on it are not rendered.
I had to blow away a good bit of that tabs sketch since I was not exactly sure what was wrong with it and do some fixing of features after that, but now it shows correctly in the assembly:
Thanks!
