bon enfin , Quebec c'est français , donc protusion , extrusion , pad c'est équivalent
parcontre dans PartDesign , il est interdit d'avoir 2 objets dans le même body (désolé body n'est pas non plus québecois  )

well finally, Quebec is French, so protusion, extrusion, pad is equivalent
however in PartDesign , it is forbidden to have 2 objects in the same body (sorry body is not Quebecois either)

How can you define INside and OUTside ?

Your file is a joke, are you a troll ? (2 bad pad with the same sketch, 2 bodies)
Which version ? (follow link in red banner)

Think of a sketch line as a border. You can either be inside or ouside. If you are outside and you cross a border you are inside. If you are inside and you cross a border you are outside. If you have T-junctions you can find paths so that you are at the same time inside and outside. This is forbidden.

I agree that the sketch might be a joke. If a troll is someone who did technical drawings 47 years ago when "CAD" consisted of paper, pencil rulers and triangles then I qualify as a troll.
I am just attempting to learn CAD from the following youtuber video and ran into unexplained CAD errors.

I clearly missed something somewhere and is just requesting advice to clarify my problem.
Thank you for responding I really do appreciate it.
Regard Deon..

This video is bad.
A sketch with two rectangles side by side can perhaps produce a pad but the result is bad : Part_CheckGeometry.
It's worse with 2 rectangles intersecting themselves in the same sketch.
