You undocked the combo view. You can drag it into 3D view near one of its borders and it should dock again.

double clicking on it usually docks it too.

Thanks for the answers.
Unfortunately, both methods don't work.
I'm using the gnome user interface, maybe is the cause of the lack of success.

Open fully the main window.
Try to move the small window (by the title bar) to the border of the screen, until a blue zone appears. It's not always easy.

Re: How to make everything in one window instead of two separate ones?
The only blue zone is from the Active Screen Edge, so I deactivated it. And the Combo panel still does not want to connect to the main window.

Re: How to make everything in one window instead of two separate ones?
double click doesn't work? gnome's wm seems pretty buggy regarding this type of things. Instead of messing aroud with that you can reset the default position by removing the $XDG_CONFIG_HOME/FreeCAD/FreeCAD.conf file, when $XDG_DATA_HOME is not set this defaults to ~/.config, if you are using the snap or flatpak versions it should be in the corresponding location for those. This is why it's important that you follow the guidelines in the big red banner above and provide your full version information when asking for help, it saves everyone time including yourself because we can directly provide info specific to what you are using. Please folow the guidelines next time.

Double-clicking does not work, it only resizes the Combo Panel to full screen.
I am using Fedore in a gnome environment and I installed FreeCad as an rpm package. adrianinsaval, You are right that I have given too little information to be able to help me quickly.
You were also right to delete a file called FreeCAD.conf Now I can enjoy the integrated look. Now everything is as it should be, as seen in the attached picture.
Thanks to everyone involved in helping.
