Also see my edit, I put the wrong planes at first, but I fixed it now, it's angle between plane 2-3-4 and plane 3-4-5.

I'm on mobile I will fix the image when I get back on desktop.

I don't think so.
I used sketches where always 3 points lie in a plane. I added external geometry to measure and for visualisation I also added real geometry to show that the sketch is placed correctly. These are the angles I get:

First angle: 90°

Second Angle: 133,463°

Third angle: 90°

I attach the FreeCAD file for checking

Edit: Sorry was on the wrong track and determined the bending angle. Will do the other in a minute.

@chrisb yes those are the angles of the pipe or tube bends, but I'm talking about the amount in the tube bending machine you revolve the whole pipe to achieve the next bend.

I determine here an angle of 131,562° for the planes 1-2-3 and 3-4-5. The Sketch for measuring is placed normal to an edge lying inside of the first plane. Now the angle can be determined by another line lying in the same plane and a line lying in the target plane.

Sorry again, I guess you changed the posts above and I'm puzzled now and I am unsure what the task really is. The text says you want the angle between the planes 2-3-4 and 3-4-5, while the image names the angle between 1-2-3 and 3-4-5 and talks also of 1-2-3- and 2-3-4. And the text in the post talks about how far to turn an elbow of the pipe, which is what I was aiming for.

@chrisb With everything removed except two planes in question:

See Attached file and image: Also your answer is correct for the previous 2 planes. I had the wrong planes listed at first.

Also how did you align a sketch to the view? Did you use the Align_View_to_Face.FCMacro?

@chrisb Yes your angle is correct, I had by mistake given the wrong two planes.

And how did you place a sketch normal to an edge?

But for the final two planes here is my old school solution: See image

The trick is the attachment. As the attachment dialog isn't opened while creating you have to select the appropriate geometry - here: the line - before creating the sketch.
