this kind of part must have a minimum of welded sheet (1 or 2) it's better to bend it.
unfortunately, sheetmetal wb can't help to design that yet.
I spend about 1 hour to think about rights face to offset.

that's right.
the best method is one. sometimes a company only has the option of welding.

i have assembly4
not installed. it looks like this to me.
