Can you post an example, where we can test the effect you observed?

The cadcomputer is not online, sorry. Simply, create an object, link one of its values (fe placement) with an expression in spreadsheet save it and reopen. The app List is there, with all the objects, but all groups of attributes i manipulated in those objects are gone.

It is usually worth clicking on "View all" because sometimes the problem is that the item is there but is out of field, or you can be zoomed in or out too far. By click "view all" you eliminate those possibilities.

Some spreadsheet bugs... If we add something like this (first number is just to show the cell, so first cell A1 just has the value "20", the exact numbers are not important):

Case #1

A1 "20"
A2 "15"
A3 "16"
A4 "25"
A5 "=sum(A1:A4)"

Removing a row from A1 to A3 works OK, removing row A4, last row before the sum, gives unexpected result, broken formula/function...

Case #2

A1 "20"
A2 "15"
A3 "16"
A4 "25"
A5 "=sum(A1:A4)"
A6 "=A5/2"

Removing any row from A1 to A4 will give this error (this is the case with the more recent dev builds, older builds also had this bug but I believe there was no error reported)

Exception (Tue Dec 01 17:13:02 2015): Invalid column specification
Unhandled Base::Exception caught in GUIApplication::notify.
The error message is: FreeCAD exception thrown (Invalid column specification)

Confirmed. Did this really work correctly earlier?

Would you mind creating a ticket for these issues in Mantis, so I can track them properly? (one for both is ok!)

No, I don't know that it would have worked before. I do know about the issue for some time now, but I saw you were fixing and improving a few things so I waited a bit with the report if it maybe would get fixed... It is in the bug tracker now :)

eivindkvedalen has made a pull request for fixes to this here:viewtopic.php?f=17&p=107453#p107453
I posted some Win builds for testing here:https://github.com/sgrogan/FreeCAD/rele ... dsheet-dev

Thanks for the win build sgrogan, I have tested it now and the above reported issues seem to be working very well now, have also seen that they are in master already... Thanks eivindkvedalen for fixing this! :)

I guess this is unrelated to this bug fixes but in this win build I cannot open the path module, gives me the error "No module named area"?

I forgot to copy the lib folder. If you copy from any other 0.16-pre it should work (the file is area.pyd)
