Creation of additivepipe fails

I'm testing the creation of an additivepipe, the version of installed freecad is 20.1, operating system is Windows 10

I send the file along, could somebody explain why this fails ?

Works for me. But I had to delete the Additive pipe feature and re-do it. Not sure why.

Here PartDesign_Revolution is a better tool.
