Centrifugal Pump components for experimental validation of numerical results.
The starting point was the fluid zone of the pump.

FreeCAD was used to create the solid parts around the fluid:
- The volute casing in two parts, sent for CNC Machining made from aluminium blocks.
- The impeller, 3D printed
- Shaft nut and shaft sleeve, also CNC machined from aluminium.

The parts were to be mounted on an existing pump (shaft, motor...).

Part and PartDesign Workbenches used all the way, with ''initial bodies'' used in PartDesign, where I had to learn the hard way that you do not sketch on an existing face, it
will break later.
