Earbuds model with approximation

Modeling of my own Realme Earbuds in FreeCAD 0.19.

Three workbench used back-to-back; Curves WB, Part WB, and Surface WB.

Faced difficulties / problems:
1) The blue colored body cannot UNION with rest of the model, neither in Part WB nor in PartDesign WB.
2) Won't able to make earpiece after making a solid body of all surface used in Curves WB.

Suggestions:
Let me know if anybody would figure out how to boolean two different body which is made with other than PartDesign WB.
I made two model for modeling of Earpiece (semi transparent soft fabric in Black color), because of the problem faced mentioned above (second).

Hi,
you have inner faces in the earbud solid. I did this:
1. downgrade earbud-solid to individual faces with arch-wb.
2. eliminate faces 5+17, the inner ones.
3. curves-wb: make solid from remaining faces.
4. part-wb: fuse all bodies.

Good to know that you used Arch-Wb for this purpose, which I wasn't aware about . I'll definitely give it a try in next project, thanks for the tips.
