Looks great. Did you mount the gearbox to the telescope?

Unfortunately no.
The project is suspended for unknown future. Also I'm not happy at all by size (length) of the gearbox. Shorter "Version 3" have to born, to achieve stiffer build.

This is totally awesome, I am so glad that I downloaded FreeCad and joined this forum. This just shows what FreeCAD is capible of and the great things that you can design with it. Now all I have to do is learn how to use more of this program so I can make models like this. I can see where this could have a lot of great applications to do lots of tasks. Thank you very much for sharing this.
