This print is not for flying, is was printed to see how parts are fit each other and to find a technical solutions for deeper design.
Internal structure is not optimized for 3d printing right now, so parts are heavier about 20-25% than it should be.
Because some parts will be made from foam, they don't have any internal structure, different setting of infill used instead directly in slicer.
Using foam parts should give about 50% weight reduction of airframe.
This significal because airplane is designing for FPV aircombat, not for 3rd view flying. It must be easier to handle than regular full printed airplane and main way for reach that is weight reduction.
Also it must be stronger to hold hard landings and crashes. Foam is more risistant to crashes, and again, less weight - less destruction.
In general, when you printing anything, you should keep all perimeters closed to allow slicer do his job correctly.
This is why on most 3d printed airplanes you should cut hatches after print.
Here is no parts that must be cutted because airplane consists only from parts with volume. For example, space on top of fuselage is not cutted, because fuselage will be made from foam parts in the middle. So top printed parts will have volume too (left and right side as extension of fuselage foam parts)
