Nice.
This reminds me about trying to repair a hair dryer (from Brown) years ago. But I was not successful because one of the blades/paddles was broken and I did not know how to fix it.
Do you want to print the part, and how? Temperatures are high inside the dryer, right?!

I don't use hairdryers, but as far as I know, is the fan on the cool side blowing the air through the heating coils and sucking it. The rpm could be a problem though.

It seems that the file you attached is different than what you show in the screenshot. Could I ask you to share the file with the turbine model shown in the screenshot ? I would like to carry out some simulations in FEM module
