[ SOLVED ]FC 0.21 Problem – Rotate Copy – Strange Result

The attached file is a block of land boundary (4 Points connected by a wire). All contained in the group (Site Boundary).
In BIM WB => Highlight the group (Site Boundary -to align site to FC North-refer to Image1) => Modify => Rotate => Copy ===> Strange Result (unwanted result, image 2).
Deleting the 2xfiles (system.cfg and user.cfg) does not solve the problem
Am I missing something?
Please comment.
