translation of the GUI stuck for Draft workbench

I'm following the advices on [wiki]Crowdin_Administration#Fix_translation_issues[/wiki] to understand why some of the wording of the GUI are not translated. For the following commands/wording, the issue must in the code.

• Drafting
  Arc tools under Drafting
  Bezier tools under Drafting
  Array tools under Modification
  Utilities
  Add a new named group... under Utilities
  Move to group under Utilities

Thanks for reporting. There are even more strings that are not translated. The main cause AFAICT: wrong context. I'll try to improve things.

that's great, thank you Roy.
there are still some mysteries with the translation of GUI on other workbenches. I'll try to capture them and put them together.

Both PR's have been merged now. In some cases we will not see the final result until strings are translated on Crowdin and the results merged with the code.
