Dimension and Text not visible in DXF export

Following the BIM ingame tutorial, I exported the Shape2DView, Dimension and Text to dxf format. When opened in either LibreCAD or QCAD CE, there are three objects shown in the file, named

• 0
• none
• Shape2DView

Only Shape2DView is visible in the drawing. I've attached the original file and export from it.

Switch to the legacy exporter. See Import_Export_Preferences#DXF.

Thank you for the suggestion. This works slightly better, in that the Text and Dimension come along in the export. The Dimension's text did not come through.

Even if this is the way to go, I'm confused that the newer exporter is set as the default option and that it falls short on the tutorial's simple model. I would have expected some mention of that in the tutorial itself. Any insights?

The text is there but it is very small.

I'm working on trying to get text size variables in DXF export. That should give us better control...
