Version: FreeCAD_0.19.19697_x64_Conda_Py3QT5-WinVS2015
OS: Win10 x64
Reproduce
1. DraftWB, turn off snap bar
2. create a Working Plane Proxy (WPP) object and a circle
3. move circle, the intentional destination is somewhere in WPP area, but not WPP origin
4. when cursor entering into WPP area, an "End Point" snap sign appear on cursor, and...
5. circle is snapped to the WPP origin.

Yes, I can reproduce. There's a bug somewhere either in the plane or on the move command.

Mantisbt said my email is a free email, so he cannot let me pass.
I cannot understand the mantis' logic, why we must talk about free software by means of non-free email?
If the mantis operator could help create my account, I would send him my name/email by pm. Do you think this is applicable?

It's a blacklisted domain because as chrisb said, it prevents spammers from abusing the bugtracker. And believe us, they would if they could. just so you know, your email is not visible in the bugreport (not like other bugtrackers like Bugzilla and such) so you can use a legit email. My concern is if we soften this policy just for you and then spammers hit us, i'm not sure that it's worth it. Maybe there is a middle ground ?
