it is the same file . My problem like that:
1- mesh on the boundary(as you see in the file)
2- there is no mesh(there are vertex or points inside the shape/object/surface) in the surfce
3- first I need to select some of the mesh which are on the boundary
3- second move the selected mesh inside the surface . In another words I need to know how position of the selected meshes if it will be in the surfce
for example
the vertex P=(-1,2,3) on the boundary
what will be the values of (x,y,z) in order to be P in the shape/inside the surface

And still no file
I'm not sure if you are aware that we are not sitting in front of your computer, and we are not seeing everything that you can see of the model. I'm out too.

"1- mesh on the boundary(as you see in the file)"

nope, we do not see that in the "file".
you have posted an image, when people say file they mean ".stl" or ".FCStd"

btw, the image you posted is from meshlab,
so kind of hard to imagine what you do have in freecad...

if you do want help, you will have to start by posting a file with the data (mesh, fc-file) that you are working on, and people can try to help from that starting point.

if this is a language thing, es gibt ein Deutsches Forum. just scroll a bit further down on https://forum.freecadweb.org/index.php
