So far I have always got along well with the Assembly-4-WB, but a situation regularly occurs that annoys me in the long run. Actually, I had long since finished my model and had no intention of changing anything. Then I came across the mirror function of the Assembly-4-WB, which makes some processes much easier. Unfortunately, the mirror actions regularly leave behind such ugly artefacts, which I was able to make invisible until now, but this one shows itself to be unruly. But I don't know how I managed to hide these things so far. If these little grey areas are needed, I don't see that as a disadvantage, if they would disappear from the screen through specific measures. Who knows advice?

the Asm4 mirror function is based on the Part_Symmetry function, which is not very reliable for complex geometries. App::Link with -1 scale is much better, but it had its own problems back then. Now it seems working properly, so I think I'll change that function to use a link with -1 scale
try the Assembly4 workbench for FreCAD — tutorials here and here

At the moment it doesn't bother me as long as it doesn't affect the geometry. And that doesn't seem to be the case. What's important for me at the moment is that I get a view of things to judge whether my design is coherent. Because with the dimensional drawings I go to the workshop and then it's too late if the angles are not right for objects that are not parallel to a plane.

But I'm glad to see that work is being done. I wish you continued success. So far Assembly 4 has not disappointed me.
