A2plus New checker added. New mouse behavior for testing

A constraint checker has been added to A2plus. It runs through all of the constraints and looks for errors. It then creates a list off the constraints and allows you to open the list in the constraint viewer for fixing them.

Another improved feature ready for testing is mouse behavior. Turn on the blue mouse icon, click on two features to make a constraint, DO NOT USE THE CONTROL KEY, and the dialog box for creating a constraint will show. If you select a surface and a point the dialog will be the point on surface dialog, the only constraint for that combination. If you pick two flat surfaces a coincident constraint will show because it is the most commonly used for those features. If you want a different constraint, simply press the “Delete this constraint” button and then select the constraint icon you want or press the control key while making your selections and the icons will show as they normally do. The features stay highlighted until the feature for the next constraint is selected. Use the blue mouse for the new behavior. Fewer clicks make it simple.
