Hi,

I was about to model the crank motion of a steam engine with a sketch and added LCSs to position the parts (and bodys) in the assembly.

I have a pretty long connecting rod and I had the problem, that it worked with 3 LCSs which all were fully defined. But as soon as I added the fourth LCS they started to jump around in some angles of the rotation while simulating the roation.

Then I read your thread. I applied it to my sketch - shortened some lines which were only used to define the LCSs and from then on it worked like in your example.

Is there someone who can explain what happend there?

Nevertheless thanks for your "discovery" :D
