First thing is to apply for wiki editing permission.

Then things become less clear, at least for me. I take one of the other paragraphs as a template and care more for contents than for a nice look.

MultiTransform can be sensitive.
Thickness is very sensitive.
MultiTransform+Thickness will be sensitive.
@Shalmeneser what is check geometry?

@mfro where @Shalmeneser got thickness to work? I also didn't understood the method you suggested.

@Shalmeneser I designed my parts using the "Part Design" Workbench. but used the "check geometry" tool from the "Part" workbench and it says no error. Not sure it's correct or not.

So i got the thickness working. So here is the golden rule,

"CUTTING FEATURES OUT OF A PART IS BEST WAY IF YOU WANT TO MAKE A SHELL OUT OF A PART."

I was adding features in the part and it created lots of faulty geometry and after that thickness tool didn't able create the shell. But that thickness tool can be solid like other tools in freeCAD, long way to go.
