FEM constraint placed with offset to face

Hi,

i new user of FreeCAD and i am pretty sure i am something doing wrong, but cannot figure it out neither found someone with same problem.
When I am placing constraints for FEM analysis this constraints are not tied to selected face, but are shown in some kind of offset from body. What have i done wrong here ? FreeCAD file attached. Version of FreeCAD is 0.19, Release 4/12/2021.

Set the placement of the Body to 0,0,0, then it will work.

Sorry for pinging, but should not FEM respect the Bodies (or Part containers) placement?
