Sorry to be blunt and obtuse, but I am working on packaging 0.19.1 for void linux and the other maintainers don't seem to think that 0.19 has been released yet. If I could get an official yea/nay, that would be very helpful.

Yes, there have just been some packaging problems on other platforms so that an announcement has not yet been made.
