Re: New Render Workbench and Cycles renderer - help on output, possible bug and query on filesize
No, in fact, it's not the texture that's moving, it's your object that's distorting! Ok, I knew it, that is why I put "" in move. Sorry, I should have been less subtle. ...And there's not much I can do to compensate from the projector point of view, as it would imply I know the deformatio...

Re: New Render Workbench and Cycles renderer - help on output, possible bug and query on filesize
However, a new issue appeared, the position of the texture "moves"... See the attached video. Would it be too complicated to solve this? I'll have a look at it but, at now, FreeCAD is broken in Arch Linux (https://gitlab.archlinux.org/archlinux/packaging/packages/freecad/-/issues/5) so I ...

Re: New Render Workbench and Cycles renderer - help on output, possible bug and query on filesize
@F_Rosa I've added a ForceMeshing parameter in the View object. It is considered as Advanced and, by default, it will be hidden, but you can make it appear by requiring "Show All" in the Property editor (via context menu). Just let me know... The animation problem has been resolved! Howev...

Re: New Render Workbench and Cycles renderer - help on output, possible bug and query on filesize
No need to create a list of objects. This could be a property of the View of the object (the reference to the object you create in the rendering Project), named "Force Meshing" (boolean) for example, and when it is set, the "skip meshing" in the project would have no effect on t...

Re: New Render Workbench and Cycles renderer - help on output, possible bug and query on filesize
Play Backward doesn't seem to work for me. My only solution is to close the file and reopen a copy I had previously saved, with the panels at their primitive stage (not very handy...) There is no need to close and open the file. Wait a bit and it will start to return. In this case, as the animation...

Re: New Render Workbench and Cycles renderer - help on output, possible bug and query on filesize
Hello, I confirm I also get a static image in movie, although the panels move in FreeCAD viewport. Moreover, the "Return to beginning" button does not work, I get a "Recompute failed" error message, and the panels remain at the last stage of their animation: --> is it normal? An...

Re: New Render Workbench and Cycles renderer - help on output, possible bug and query on filesize
Well, now that it's installed, I'll let you play around with the material libraries and let me know what you think about that? Of course, but please don't forget to take a look at the issue of saving animation frames with sketches! So I take advantage and apply textures in these types of animations...

Re: New Render Workbench and Cycles renderer - help on output, possible bug and query on filesize
@F_Rosa In case you installed MaterialX with pip (and only in this case), there could be a conflict between the OpenGL libs provided by the wheel and the ones on your system, which could be the cause of the runtime error ("LookupError: OpenGL support is required"). In such a case, I may p...

Re: New Render Workbench and Cycles renderer - help on output, possible bug and query on filesize
Damn, that was close! It looks an awful lot like that bug: https://forum.freecad.org/viewtopic.php?style=5&t=66688 . Would you be so kind to see if the proposed workaround might work? Okay, but first I need to understand what's going on. :? FC is accessing /usr/lib/libdrm_amdgpu.so.1.0.0 instea...
