Re: Official Assembly WB, some intro?
Great, thanks for the link regarding the "docs", for planning to create the first draft of a wiki page and for this sticky thread.

Thanks for the links. I'll quote myself: [...] I think there should be something regarding the documentation. This is why I've created this thread: https://forum.freecad.org/viewtopic.php?t=86389 Before you can start coding, you've to get an idea of what to do / write something down. Therefore I dou...

This is why I've created this thread: https://forum.freecad.org/viewtopic.php?t=86389 Before you can start coding, you've to get an idea of what to do / write something down. Integrated Assembly WB --> documentation?
Hey everybody,
since the integrated Assembly WB is already available in the dev-version of FreeCAD, I was looking for some documentation but wasn't able to find something. I thought there may be a page at the wiki which would be still WIP of course. Does anybody know anything in this regard?
Thanks!

Re: FreeCAD 1.0 Logo Refresh
I'd like to add that there should be an official discussion thread dedicated to the 1.0 logo if this thread shouldn't contain any discussions.
And the deadline is very hard - especially if you don't have your design in the other thread already

From what I can see, this is not what this topic is about.

Re: Text Comments on 3D views
Sounds like something you'd put on a technical drawing -> TechDraw_Workbench You could use the desciption column in the tree view and add a text documt too (this way, you wouldn't be able to point on stuff). https://wiki.freecad.org/Tree_view#Edit_object_label https://wiki.freecad.org/Std_TextDocument
